Midnight Laundry is a character-driven tabletop roleplaying game for 3-7 players about the people who drift into the same 24-hour laundromat each week, long after the rest of the city has gone to sleep. This game deals with mature topics without sensationalism. It is about the story’s adults carry and explores themes of loneliness, burnout, complicated relationships, regrets, addictions, coping mechanisms, and the messy ways strangers impact each other’s lives.
Play unfolds through short, character-focused scenes, with no prep and a focus on conversation, emotional stakes, and collaborative storytelling.
